Site Assessment

A complete pre-development assessment of any candidate site.

The report covers terrain, slope, drainage, flood risk, shading, and soil condition, together with the site's recorded history from satellite archives: past flood events, ground movement, and vegetation cycles, year by year. A single decision-ready report, produced without a site visit.

Portfolio Screening

Comparative screening and ranking of candidate sites at portfolio scale.

Candidate sites are assessed in parallel and ranked by development viability, allowing land decisions to be made before ground studies are commissioned. Screening that traditionally requires months per site can be completed across a full portfolio in a fraction of that time.

Independent verification of construction progress.

A dated, independent progress report for sites under construction. Satellite captures verify progress, flag deviations, and document the build as it proceeds, independently of contractor reporting and across multiple sites simultaneously. Asset Intelligence Reports

Recurring condition reporting for assets under management.

A standing report on each asset under management, issued weekly or monthly, covering soiling, vegetation encroachment, panel condition, and ground movement, ranked by operational urgency, so that issues are identified before they appear as lost revenue. Connected production data and SCADA telemetry extend the reporting to the asset's internal performance. A live dashboard is available alongside the reports.
